  Fundraiser by Michele Witte : Empower Michele's Journey to Inspire New Authors      Hello, my name is Michele Witte, and I am from Columbia, Mo. I am an ESL teacher who works overseas quite often, mainly because I love to travel, but also because it is quite difficult to find a job recently.  I really love teaching, but my first passion is writing.  I have written and illustrated a children's book and am going to self-publish it within a few months.  It costs roughly 5000 to print 125 books.  I am going to start off selling online and hopefully within a few bookstores.  I am also writing two other books, that I hope to have finished within a year.       I have dedicated my life to working hard, helping others, and also doing things I love, such as gardening and travel.  I am from a middle-class family, and my mother tragically died when I was 17, so I have been independent for quite some time.  All I am asking for, ...
